keeping up

a little behind with posting here. Now that my thesis feels so close to being done and the end is in sight I'm really not feeling productive. But I guess that's true for my experience of this whole semester. Just feeling done and ready to graduate! Thank you all for a good workshop last Friday-- it was great to get feedback about where the work is at this point and I found it pretty helpful. I'm still trying to figure out where to put in some more poems. I feel finished with the subject matter so it's tricky to fit in more. Also trying to look more critically at the narrative arc and see what's happening there/ what my intentions are.

This upcoming week is going to be a busy one! Going to reiterate it here--there's a reading called "The Me Meets the You" this Thursday, 6pm at Cafe Suzie. Marci and I will be reading at it with the writers collective we are apart of. It'd be great to see you there! Hope you all have had a nice weekend. I'm not ready for it to end!
